Cracked Out Chicken Tater Tot Casserole


3 cups chopped cooked chicken

16-oz sour cream

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1 (1-oz) package Original Ranch dressing mix

1 (3-oz) bag real bacon pieces (Oscar Mayer)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 lb bag frozen tater tots


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, sour cream, soup, Ranch mix, bacon and cheese. Fold in frozen tater tots. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes, until bubbly.

Chicken Velvet Soup


* 3⁄4 cup flour

* 3⁄4 cup butter

* 1 cup warmed milk

* 1 1⁄2 quarts hot chicken broth 

* 1 cup warmed half and half 

* 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cooked chicken

* 1 Can creamy of celery soup

* 1 teaspoon salt 

* 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

* Cooked pasta


Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour to melted butter; cook for 1 minute over medium high heat.Set aside. Combine milk, 1 pint of broth and the cream in a large pot. Heat but don't boil Add butter flour mixture and stir and cook until mixture thickens. Add remaining 1 quart broth, cooked chicken, cooked pasta, salt and pepper. Heat but do not boil. Remove from heat and serve.
